Post-Merger T-Mobile Responsibilities- Lead the supply chain financial reserve process, partnering with the Finance department in forecasting future product end-of-life cycle margin implications- Lead the supply chain product end-of-life cycle liquidation process, using key metrics (examples include inventory on-hand, shipment rate, weeks-of-supply) to identify distribution center product to move to disposition- Lead the retail store return-to-distribution center process. Identify product that is aging in stores & ready to move to the reverse distribution center for liquidation- Manage device accessory direct-to-consumer distribution center inventory. Includes demand forecasting, SKU life cycle management from launch to end-of-life & distribution center weeks-of-supply management- Support internal & external teams as well as Senior Leaders with weekly & ad hoc reporting needs.Pre-Merger Sprint Responsibilities- Lead wireless device purchase planning for Company Owned, Independent Dealer & National Retail stores. Direct reports are six Inventory & Life Cycle Planners, managing products for assigned vendors including Apple, Samsung, LG, Motorola and Google- Responsible for life cycle management of products – new launch through end-of-life. Key performance metrics are store & distribution center service levels, weeks-of-supply & aged inventory- Partner with internal Product, Pricing, Marketing, Sales & Operations Teams as well as Original Equipment Manufacturers on strategy development.
