WHAT I DO: I help managers and executives achieve greater organizational effectiveness and more successful personal lives by providing consulting and training programs built on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. HOW I DO IT: I am the CEO of Vital Knowledge Group, a management consulting and training firm focused on personal and professional development, conflict resolution, leadership skills, people skills, interview training for candidates and companies, and negotiation.
