Oversees, coordinates and reviews the activities of Technical Consultants, GCRTA staff and Contractors both directly and through assigned staff. Performs project management duties for the GCRTA Capital Program relating to the design, inspection, construction and ongoing improvements of rail, highway and pedestrian bridges & structural elements of GCRTA facilities. Oversees other agency bridge and structural projects affecting GCRTA rail, facilities and bus right-of-way. Participates and presents in inter- and intra-departmental committees, stakeholder and outside agency meetings. Represents Authority with technical presentations at various engineering groups and conferences.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
