I am a senior Quality Professional with a strong background in project management, Quality management systems & Process improvement. I ave an exceptional technical understanding of automotive, aerospace and electronics quality requirements and certifications including six sigma. As a professional I consistently distinguish myself as a highly effective leader who possesses the skills and background needed to drive success and enact positive change throughout the organization. My interest is Quality management for manufacturing using my expertise in affecting positive change in the organization and constantly improving cost while decreasing defects. My achievements include: Leading multinational sites for the successful development and implementation of IATF16•••••18) re-certification. Spearheading major process changes which resulted in significant improvement regarding escapes to customers and incoming supplies using six sigma methods. Developed a method in Aerospace for 31 sites using reverse FMEA resulting in 75% reduction in high profile escapes. I assembled teams and established protocols for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action in both Electronic manufacturing and Aerospace. Special expertise in failure investigations (RCCA, FMEA), quality management program development and improvement, quality management system (QMS) implementation, and supplier development. ASQ Certified Quality Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt who previously served as a Lead Auditor. Comprehensive background includes aerospace, automotive, mining, and electronics industries.
