We work closely with the general contractors and frequently take the lead. This initiative and energy is the UMC way of doing business. Our Safety Department is proactive and responsive. In this way, UMC is positioned as a leader in our industry and a proponent of overall mechanical and construction safety.UMC\'s Safety Director, Kirk Baisch has been one of the nine owners of the company for 14 years. This move indicates that Kirk\'s focus on safety is essential to UMC\'s success.
