Sowillo aims to reduce the world\'s CO2 emission by 3% by providing hot water on demand at an attractive price produced by eco-friendly heating systems. We want to become one of the largest green energy utility companies and inspire others to make a positive environmental impact on our planet. Sowillo develops a system for hot water managing and optimization in any multi-family building. The system includes IoT devices with software based on advanced algorithms, which convert multi-user shared solar thermal systems (about 100M apartments market worldwide, with a growth of more than 10%, each year) to smart and monitored. The system will maximize the use of available solar energy while minimizing losses and completing the gaps with efficient backup (such as a heat pump) in a preferred regime. At the heart of the software is an algorithm that takes in account many parameters that are not used today, such as weather forecasts, electricity rates, consumption, and production forecasts, which will result in savings of over 39% on water heating costs and a 4-year ROI for building management companies. Detection of anomalies and faults reduces maintenance costs in the solar heating system. The system is agnostic so Sowillo does not compete with solar system hardware manufacturers but empowers them.
