The Aerospike Real-time Data Platform enables organizations to act in real time across millions of transactions using massive parallelism and a hybrid memory model to ensure the smallest possible server footprint. It ingests and acts on streaming data at the edge and can combine edge data with data from systems of record, third-party sources, or data lakes for operational, transactional, or analytical workloads – all in real time. · Working with customers to benchmark and understand the performance characteristics of their environment. · Reviewing customer requirements for clusters ranging from 3-200 nodes (on-premise, AWS, GCP) and providing recommendations as well as hands-on assistance with provisioning optimal infrastructures - OS tuning, database tuning, as well as configuring hardware to maximize throughput. · Preparing runbooks in support of system maintenance, migration, and optimization. · Assisting customers with planning and implementing database monitoring and alerting and troubleshooting issues. · Analyzing and recommending continuing opportunities for improvement.
