I\'ve worked both as an in-house and agency recruiter, focusing on a wide range of functional areas, including Tech / Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and G&A. Additionally, I\'ve contributed to the Talent Industry by serving on the Board of Silicon Valley\'s largest professional group for recruiters, the SVRA (Silicon Valley Recruiters Association), where I\'ve advanced the latest recruiting trends and practices.
