ABOUT KIRILL BERINGER

I am a recruiter at Commonwealth Resources, an executive recruiting agency serving the East Coast construction marketplace. I have a bachelor\'s degree in business administration and management. My core competencies include communication, customer service management, and customer service training.In my current role, I work with a team of recruiters to place construction professionals in various fields and markets. I communicate effectively with candidates and clients, schedule and conduct interviews, and negotiate offers. I also provide customer service training and support to other team members and assist with resolving any issues or concerns.
