ABOUT KIRI LATUSKIE BUCHANAN
I am developing a broad practice in corporate and commercial law, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, general corporate matters, and private wealth. I joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a summer student in 2018 and returned to complete my articles in 2019 and 2020. During my articling term, I completed a secondment at Metrolinx, where I gained valuable experience working on a variety of matters associated with contracts, real estate, and transportation. In law school, I received the Cohen Highley LLP Award and the Edward C. Elwood Q.C. Price in Wills and Trusts. I was the VP Administration in the Student Legal Society and was a teaching assistant in Healthcare Law leading to my nomination for the Graduate Student Teaching Assistant Award of Excellence. I have published several legal and scientific articles written during law school and as a graduate student.
