As Interim President & CEO of Visit Baltimore, I lead with a vision rooted in equity, innovation, and opportunity. Working to elevate our city as a premier destination for tourism, business, and culture.My journey began in Washington, D.C, where I learned the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. First as a student-athlete, then as a Division I football player at Howard University. That foundation carried me to the NFL, where I signed as a free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens, and later into a 16-year career with Marriott Hotels, where I held key leadership roles across operations and sales.In 2013, I transitioned into destination marketing, serving as National Account Director for Visit Seattle before joining Visit Baltimore. Today, I oversee strategic planning, business development, and customer experience. Driving partnerships with organizations like the CIAA, NSBE, ACOG, and ASAE to bring transformative events to our city.Beyond the boardroom, I’m a mentor, coach, and advocate for youth development. I train young offensive linemen, helping them earn scholarships and pursue careers in football. Empowering the next generation to rise. My mentees include NFL talent and top collegiate prospects, but my mission is bigger than football: it’s about creating pathways to success.I’m proud to be an active member of ASAE, PCMA, and IAEE, and I lead with a belief in transparency, collaboration, and community. Whether I’m strategizing with partners or coaching on the field, I bring the same energy. A commitment to excellence and a heart for service.Baltimore is more than a destination, it’s a movement.
