I am the Analytics Subject Matter Expert for one of our largest clients, Optum (United Health Group). I build and sustain novel analytics solutions for each of our Optum Product Lines (Virtual Pharmacy, Asynchronous Telehealth, Synchronous Telehealth, Over-The-Counter Orders, Mental Health, Insurance Adjudication, etc.). I leverage SQL, Python, Snowflake, Google Looker, etc. to build reliable data pipelines, identify value propositions, and measure business success.
