About Kirby Witte
As CCO at ESTAT I have the opportunity to share my passion for our electroadhesive products with engineers, marketing teams, and companies. I enjoy problem solving and creating a shared vision for partnerships. Our electroadhesive brakes and clutches are enabling engineers to design previously impossible systems and are differentiating our customers\' products from their competition.From cutting-edge electrostatic brakes and clutches, to lower-limb exoskeletons, to surgical robots, I have worked to ensure safe interaction between humans and powerful machinery. My experience putting putting people in robots and robots in people gives me a unique appreciation for compact, power efficient robotic hardware. As former VP of engineering at ESTAT, I was honored to lead an interdisciplinary team of engineers as we translated ground-breaking research into powerful robotic components.
