Dispatch over 20% of Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital’s (ZSFG) daily purchase orders, analyzing quotations, and using City\'s FSP/PeopleSoft computerized system to determine most suitable/compliant vendors- Aid ZSFG’s Cath Lab, GI Gastro, Pre-Op, Post Anesthesia Care, Sterile Processing, and Surgery/Operating Room department in maintaining supply of materials and vendor relations management- Utilize knowledge of city compliance policies (12B, 12X, PROPQ, PROP6, UHCS-BID), coordinating with the city’s Office of Contract Administration and Contract Monitoring Division to maintain vendor data- Execute and actively monitor 15+ blanket contracts to date, with amounts up to $4 million, gathering certificates of insurance, sole source letters, solicitation waivers, 12B waivers, and verifying proper vendor compliancy requirements- Attend weekly team meetings discussing projects, trainings, receipts, records, vendor relations updates, and pending purchase orders- Administer change orders pertaining to price variance, quantity variance, contract renewal, and purchasing authority to reduce purchase order match exceptions
