As a first-grade inclusion and resource teacher, I design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to a wide range of learning needs, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all students. I develop customized curriculum and instructional materials that align with individual learning goals, using multimodal strategies—visual, auditory, and kinesthetic—to support varied learning styles. My role involves ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor progress and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), allowing me to make data-informed decisions that drive continuous improvement. I collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to align learning strategies and ensure consistent support across settings. This experience has strengthened my ability to design inclusive, learner-centered experiences, evaluate outcomes, and adapt content to meet diverse user needs—core skills that I am now excited to bring to instructional design in a professional learning environment.
