I am an experienced marketing professional with 20 years of experience in the marketing of oil, liquids and natural gas with plans to work the next 15 years in senior leadership roles- Expertise in increasing commodity netbacks through understanding of market fundamentals - adding over $100M of value at Ovintiv/Encana- Ability to enter new markets and add value in a timely manner - Negotiate high value contracts with successful outcomes, includes negotiations with large midstream companies to improve portfolio optionality and reduce commitments within the agreements- Over 5 years of strategy, budgeting and long range planning experience at a large independent producer (Encana)- Evaluate and recommend business development opportunities for both liquids and natural gas including pipelines, cogeneration, and liquids export projects- Strong communication skills demonstrated by presentations to the executive leadership table- Capable of building solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders – Diverse experience as a director, fundamentals advisor, and marketing asset leader interfacing with Engineering, Risk, Legal, Investor Relations, executive leadership and external partners including midstream, pipeline, and banking organizations- Experience building and managing high performing teams, including 4 direct reports at a senior contributor level- Mentor direct and indirect reports helping their career advancement
