About Kirby Lindsey
I am a Vice President with over three decades of leadership experience in oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) activity across the USA and the Arabian Peninsula, leading both onshore and offshore development programs. As a proven strategist and holistic thinker, I define and execute business and operational plans that deliver positive outcomes, high ROI, and shareholder value. For the past 25 years, I have been with Occidental (Oxy), living and working in the US, UAE, Qatar, and Oman. During this time, I have interacted closely with executive management, operating partners, regulatory agencies, host governments, and National Oil Companies (NOC) such as Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Qatar Energy (QE), and Oman Oil developing world-class energy assets.Throughout my career, I have gained an in-depth understanding of local and global cultural differences, attitudes, and business practices. This knowledge has enabled me to quickly forge strong relationships and collaborate effortlessly across organizational departments and levels. As an effective communicator, I thrive on challenges, developing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles, resolving problems and aligning perceptions to achieve results.I excel in building and developing high-performing integrated teams that deliver value-adding propositions and drive productivity, output, revenue generation, and profitability. My passion lies in energizing organizations to deliver results through effective collaboration, leadership, and continuous improvement.
