About Kira van Niel

With over 10 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure design and construction, and community engagement, I am a senior project manager at Boeing, where I support the company\'s goals of recruiting, hiring, and retaining top global technical talent. I have successfully established a long-range business plan and execution strategy for the new Engineering Education Relations organization, spearheaded an inventory assessment of existing programs across the globe, and facilitated and influenced the investment strategy for the team. As a project management professional and scrum master, I have the skills and competencies to manage complex and diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality results. I am also a generative coach that advocates for social issues, especially those concerning economic empowerment and programs promoting young women and STEM-focused initiatives.
