Started My career in Dec 2016, with The Royal Bank of Scotland as an Analyst in the Concerns and Query Dept. The Day to Day work in the Dept was to understand the Queries and Concerns raised my the customer and then Resolve them within the stipulated time. The Queries could be related to anything from Account Opening, transactions,financial statements, frauds or account closure. After 18 months of service, got internally promoted to the other Dept of Payment Protection Insurance(PPI) which dealt with the missold product to the customer and calculation the refund for them along with the fines and penalties. Now For career growth, i came to George Brown college and started studying Financial Planning. looking forward to grab all the opportunities available.
