My journey began with a strong Electrical and Electronic Engineering foundation from A U College of Engineering.Following my early career at Hindustan Shipyard Limited, I transitioned into the dynamic world of IT. After honing my skills with a software course in ERP SAP, I embarked on a rewarding experience working in the USA on an H1B visa program.Upon my return to India, I leveraged my expertise by joining Nelito Systems as a Senior Business Analyst, leading SAP implementation for Tata Chemicals. This role ignited my passion for program and project management, leading me to IBM India in 2003. As an Applications Lead Programmer, I thrived in supporting international clients both offshore in India and onsite in the USA.In 2010, I joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where I have continuously expanded my knowledge and leadership skills. As a Project Manager, I have successfully navigated Program Management, Delivery Management, and Transition Management across diverse industries like Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Retail domains, delivering projects across offshore and onsite development and support areas.My dedication to continuous learning is reflected in my professional certifications, including SAP Business Warehouse (2008), ITIL, and the prestigious PMP from the Project Management Institute (2011). I use my Client Partner experience, to foster strong relationships and drive successful project outcomes.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a keen investor in the Indian stock market.
