Involved in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial R&D and technology development to creating technical and commercial proposals for clients across the following domains: • WasteHeatRecovery: Engineered bespoke Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) power plants for industrial clients, applying proprietary indigenous technology to efficiently convert waste heat into a reliable source of power. • Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD):Advanced a novel directional solvent extraction technology for Zero Liquid Discharge applications, successfully scaling the process to slash energy requirements from to 33 kWh/m3. • Industrial Waste Valorization: Drove the commercialization of proprietary technology to process industrial waste, successfully recovered precious metals and rare earth elements from the hazardous waste streams. • Cooling Tower Water Recovery: Engineered an innovative ionization-based system to capture and recycle water from industrial cooling tower, achieving a high recovery efficiency of up to 90% of all evaporated water. • Waste-to-Biofuel Solutions: Applied Waste-to-Biofuel solutions, utilizing advanced thermal (pyrolysis, gasification) and biological (fermentation) methods to transform waste streams into valuable, high-energy biofuels. • Carbon Capture: Addressed critical decarbonization goals for industrial clients by assessing and implementing CO2 capture solutions, deploying advanced technologies like amine-based absorption & molecular sieves.
