He excels at leading large-scale transformation initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.With expertise in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, RPA, and cloud solutions, Kiran applies these innovations within the MRO domain to drive measurable business impact.Highlights:For over 21 years, Kiran led as Delivery Head and Chief Architect in aviation MRO product development and customization, delivering world-class solutions used by more than 85 airlines globally. The suite serves aviation, aerospace, and defense organizations—including airlines, MRO providers, heli-operators, and drone/UAV operators—and covers product support operationsAs a Solution Architect and Account Delivery Head, Kiran delivered a large and complex Aviation MRO transformation project with a total contract value (TCV) exceeding $150 million for the Indian Air Force. This was the largest MRO implementation using IBM Maximo as the core solution. The integrated solution combined multiple COTS and custom-built applications covering asset, content, document, learning, reliability, and knowledge management—managing end-to-end (\'cradle-to-grave\') maintenance for aircraft and ground assets Kiran led cross-functional teams of aviation domain and technology consultants, fostering a leadership culture grounded in empathy, transparent communication, and talent development. Managed teams with a peak strength of over 1,500 members.Kiran manages a $200M delivery portfolio, leading initiatives in GenAI, AI/ML, and RPA to improve Operational Margin (OM) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). He improved margins from –27% to +15% by leveraging RPA, GenAI, and traditional optimization levers such as left-shifting and right-shoring.Kiran has deep expertise in customer engagement and account mining, driving account growth through strategic relationships and securing incremental revenue from complex clients, including government entities, ensuring long-term business success.Drove innovation through emerging technologies such as AI/ML, LLMs, 5G, and Edge Computing, establishing key differentiators for organizational success. Delivered pioneering solutions including Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction for aircraft engines using FDR data, automated task card and engineering order generation, and computer vision–based health checks for in-flight entertainment systems.
