I’m a Microsoft 365 and Cloud Platform professional with 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years working deeply with Microsoft 365, identity, and cloud environments in Managed Services setups.My day-to-day work involves end-to-end administration of Microsoft 365 platforms—Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID—along with hybrid identity using Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect). Alongside administration, I regularly secure and harden tenant environments through authentication modernization, Conditional Access, Defender configurations, and executive account protection as part of platform responsibility.I also bring a strong infrastructure foundation across Windows Server, VMware, patching, backups, and hybrid environments, and actively use PowerShell automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.What differentiates me is my focus on clear documentation, repeatable processes, and knowledge sharing, ensuring issues are resolved once and handled consistently in the future.
