Involves helping Manage and prioritize data in order of importance, Collaborate with the Development team, Production, and Supervisors to develop new tools and workflows, allowing them to share their data conveniently using pipeline tools. Understanding problem areas across departments and solving them using automation help data flow across departments easily. An example of a pipeline tool involves developing a UI which abstracts out the database and filesystem-level details from the artists to give them UX they relate more to. Monitor disk/data usage to ensure availability of disk resources Effectively troubleshoot to avoid bottlenecks. Key Skills : • Experience with Linux, Windows & Mac operating system • Making UI designs for the floor • Familiar with computer structure, operating system, and IP protocol • Python Experience • Communicating with the production team about outstanding issues, as well as overall render farm performance and efficiency • Send approved Tech Checks to the client. • Create and maintain the Client Requirements page with naming conventions and send specifications • Setting up environments for render management tools to work at both user and studio levels. • Knowledge of 3D/2D workflow
