Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) Development Scenario-Based Rig• Designed and deployed a robust SIL platform for ADAS validation using MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE ASM, sensor models, and DriveSim.• Simulated full-vehicle Model behavior with virtual CAN networks and soft ECUs (e.g, ABS, PSCM).• Developed and Integrated HMI actions in Drive Sim with ASM models for interactive, scenario-based ADAS testing (ACC, LKA, AEB).• Enabled co-simulation via Docker-based Drive Sim with real-time Rest bus I/O mapping.• Built closed-loop test harnesses using motion CAN networks to validate Rest bus and network interfaces.• Configured both generic and supplier-specific camera and radar sensor models in Drive Sim.Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Development for Scenario-Based Rig • Developed and configured ADAS HIL test benches using dSPACE Control Desk, Automation Desk, and Configuration Desk.• Integrated and validated Rest bus simulation and network interfaces through closed-loop test harnesses.• Validated camera and radar sensor pipelines using sample ECU applications.• Configured and validated Drive Sim ASM co-simulation, enabling real-time communication with ADAS sensors.• Automated HIL test execution via Automation Desk, Control Desk, OVX server, and NI LabVIEW.LiDAR Position Feasibility Study for Future ADAS Projects • Conducted a comprehensive feasibility study to determine optimal LiDAR sensor placement for upcoming ADAS programs.• Configured LiDAR models in IPG CarMaker based on system requirements and vehicle architecture.• Designed and executed scenario-based simulations to evaluate LiDAR performance in diverse driving conditions.• Extracted and analyzed point cloud data to assess sensor coverage, object detection accuracy, and blind spot areas.
