Lead, motivated and provide strategic direction to more than fifteen staff facilitating timely and quality completion of full IT project lifecycle (from initiation to closure) for Vodafone UK’s PCI Compliance and Wholesale Programme portfolio. Provide technical consultancy for ad-hoc projects, including IT decommissioning and network element (SBC) replacement projects. Monitor and minimize project expenditure in line with budgets of up to £3m. Embed a culture of innovation complemented by a continuous delivery mindset. Key achievements • Facilitated seamless delivery of large IT projects, including onboarding of MVNOs to VF UK networks, enabling Voice over VoLTE, Wi-Fi calling and eSIM capabilities. • Managed end-to-end PCI scanning project for Vodafone, including onboarding of tools, infrastructure procurement, tool installation, complex analytics, and process optimization. • Defined Scrum artefacts, including product backlog, task boards and burndown charts as Scrum Master; mitigated impediments and roadblocks to value creation and delivery. • Educated senior stakeholders on evolving technology landscape to support technical delivery and commercial decision-making. • Utilized communication skills to articulate complex technical data and reports to non-technical audiences in easy-to-digest formats. • Monitored and mitigated project risks/issues while ensuring effective governance and engagement at all levels. • Led technical delivery for PCI compliance projects, including PCI tokenization and large-scale data migrations.
