I’m an operations and delivery professional with 18+ years’ experience working in high-pressure, regulated environments, primarily within legal services. My work sits at the intersection of operations, stakeholder management and delivery - ensuring complex workstreams are managed efficiently, risks are controlled, and teams are supported to perform at a high level. In my current role at MPR Solicitors, I manage a large and complex portfolio of serious criminal matters whilst also supporting wider operational functions across the team. This includes supervising junior staff, redistributing workload across the department, and improving internal processes to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to strict deadlines. A key part of my role is capacity management and process improvement, identifying where workflows can be streamlined, where communication can be improved, and where risks can be mitigated. For example, I introduced a structured “Quiet Period” communication approach during matter progression to improve team focus and manage client expectations more effectively.Alongside my legal career, I have also led international operations as Co-Founder & Director of Break The Noise Records, working with global partners including Universal Music India.
