I am a seasoned Corporate Development / M&A professional with over a decade of experience in guiding large organizations through complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Over the years, I have managed some of the complex end-to-end integration and carve-out processes, ensuring seamless transitions and maximum value creation for all stakeholders. My experience spans across industries and across the M&A spectrum, with a specific focus on driving strategic growth and value. Whether it\'s supporting in defining the contours for the deal or structuring the transaction or supporting due diligence or orchestrating successful integration and carve-outs, I bring a strategic and hands-on approach to every project. I am passionate about supporting promoters, corporate leaders and private equity investors in unlocking the full potential of the investment or value of the asset owned by the company. Outside of work, I am fascinated about innovation and entrepreneurship and I believe that growth in the next few decades will be driven by innovative entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. I volunteer with Headstart Network Foundation, a pioneer in enabling startup ecosystem in India for the past 17+ years and support innovators and founders in their growth journey.
