   As CTO/CPO, I lead a team of 75+ employees, currently focused on launching SaaS based revenue generating cyber security product offerings. Enterprise Attack Surface Management (EASM), and Vulnerability Intelligence (VI) were launched in early 2022 and currently working on launching,multiple other product offerings, that focus on application and cloud security. Key Achievements: Successful launch of two innovative SaaS-based revenue-generating cybersecurity products Achieved over $2.5M in SaaS revenue within 18 months of product launches Develop partnerships with OEMs, vendors, and service providers leading to $5 million partnership deals over 3 years Align technology initiatives with the company\'s strategic goals, resulting in a 75% increase in revenue within two years Help close and integrate an AI/ML company focused on predictive cybersecurity capabilities, which includes 12 employees and 7 patents around 35 ML models Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Create and manage product vision, strategy, set roadmaps, and technical execution plans Manage multi-million annual operating plan (AOP) and budgets Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities Establish and track goals, metrics, and indicators for success Identify customer problems and markets to serve, determine feasible and viable solutions Define Enterprise Architecture strategy and driving multi-year technology programs that generate revenues and derive operational costs Lead & mentor product, engineering, devops, and creative/UI/UX teams Built multiple global application development teams by focusing on technology expertise, talent development, and process efficiency Established processes and organizational structure that scale to support the rapid growth of a startup company
