Currently leading HR for a high-growth Global Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and a Business Line, I partner with leadership teams across India, France and APAC (including Australia & New Zealand) to shape and execute people strategies for a global workforce of My focus includes leadership development, talent alignment, culture and retention - anchored in data and aligned with business goals.2024 has been a year of bold transformation: launching three global business lines, redefining performance management and migrating all HR processes to SAP SuccessFactors. I also led the implementation of a global people management framework, establishing clear supervisory roles to enhance leadership accountability and regional consistency.In parallel, I collaborate with sales and delivery teams on strategic client pursuits - particularly for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models, and re-badging - resulting in higher win rates and stronger client engagement. I also oversee HR compliance in audits and manage long-term client relationships that directly impact revenue and billing performance.Key Milestone: I joined Capgemini in 2020 through the acquisition of SolCen Technologies, the captive of a global French luxury brand. Personally invited by the SolCen board to realign the HR function, I led a full transformation - revamping HR policies, reducing cost per hire by over 50% and implementing a new career and compensation framework aligned with Willis Towers Watson global framework.I also played a central role in the successful 24-month transition and integration of SolCen into Capgemini - from due diligence through post-merger execution. Following the acquisition, I became HRBP Leader for the North & Central Europe SBU, covering the UK, Germany, Nordics, and the Netherlands, steering HR strategy for employees with a team of 11 HRBPs.
