With over two decades of global HR experience across APAC, Germany, and the USA, my journey has been driven by one mission — to empower people and transform businesses. From leading HR functions to becoming an entrepreneur, author, and coach, I have dedicated my career to helping kids, young adults, women, and business leaders unlock their fullest potential.As the Founder of Talent Potential Consulting (TPC), I partner with mid-sized businesses across India, APAC, UAE and the US to streamline HR operations, strengthen talent practices, and improve profitability. My work spans HR automation, Talent Management, Leadership Hiring, HR-as-a-Service, and end-to-end People Strategy.One of my proudest achievements is helping a fast-scaling startup improve employee productivity by 150% in a single year — a testament to what happens when structured HR meets business ambition. Through TPC, I focus on bridging HR gaps globally, designing practical, scalable, founder-friendly solutions that create real impact.Alongside TPC, I founded Insppy, a storytelling-led movement that celebrates achievements, resilience, and everyday heroism. What began as a passion project has grown into a platform that empowers individuals through stories, recognition, and community — earning me the “Woman Change Maker of the Year” accolade.My love for storytelling also led me to become an author. My books in English and Hindi, launched by Dr. Kiran Bedi, spotlight powerful and inspiring stories of Indian women. Writing allows me to connect deeply with people, capture lived experiences, and amplify voices that deserve to be heard.In 2024, I had the honor of delivering a TEDx Talk on “Embracing Diversity”, sharing insights on how varied perspectives fuel innovation, harmony, and progress. Coaching, speaking, and mentoring continue to be meaningful extensions of my work, shaped by my global exposure and passion for human potential.Beyond work, I find purpose in community initiatives, social impact, travel, and learning.
