My career has evolved over 20 years through Finance, Strategy, Business Development, and Organizational Transformation leading to my current focus on Digital Transformation. My experience in Organizational and Digital Change over the last 10 years has taught me a crucial lesson: successful digital change is not just about the technology. It is about the people who use it and the value it delivers to the business.Starting as a Chartered Accountant gave me the financial discipline to see digital initiatives through the lens of P&L impact. Moving into Corporate Strategy and Global Business Development helped me understand how to align operational goals with long-term vision. Today, as a Digital Transformation Leader, I combine this broad business foundation with over 8 years of specialized experience in deploying and managing large-scale digital platforms. Currently, I lead the digital transformation of global resource management at Ericsson for the largest business unit and largest regions. My role is to bridge the gap between technical potential and operational reality. I work with diverse global teams to ensure that our digital investments—whether in resource management or AI—actually solve business problems, deliver measurable ROI and realize business value to the user organizations.Parallel to my corporate career, I am a Ph.D. Research Scholar at IIM Shillong. My research focuses on the intersection of Digital Transformation and Change management. I enjoy connecting with the academic community to share practical insights from the corporate world, helping to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
