Generate data queries based on validation checks or errors and omissions identified during data entry, improving inconsistencies and inefficiencies in processes to get the cleanest study data possible from the sites while recommending solutions and also preparation of trackers for missing and pending data entry reports. Perform manual data cleaning. Managing tickets and vendor ticketing system and status updates. Coordinate with site CRC and monitor for query resolution and for their concerns.
