An Assistant Manager of Workforce Management (WFM) plays a crucial role in optimizing an organization\'s staffing levels and operational efficiency.* Monitor real-time performance indicators (e.g, service level, occupancy, adherence) and make immediate adjustments to staffing or workflows to mitigate risks and ensure targets are met.* Identify and address adherence issues, providing feedback to supervisors and managers.* Manage intraday activities such as breaks, lunches, and off-phone activities to optimize resource utilization.* Reporting & Analysis:* Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc WFM reports (e.g, performance dashboards, forecast vs. actuals, utilization, shrinkage).* Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of performance deviations, and opportunities for improvement.* Present findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.* Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities to streamline WFM processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance scheduling efficiency.* Participate in or lead initiatives aimed at optimizing workforce productivity and operational costs.* Stay updated on industry best practices and WFM technologies.* Collaboration & Communication:* Liaise effectively with operations leadership, team leaders, HR, and finance to ensure alignment on staffing needs, performance goals, and resource allocation * Communicate WFM insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.* Provide guidance and support to operational teams on WFM principles and tools.* Soft Skills:* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.* Leadership and team player capabilities.* Attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Experience with specific WFM methodologies (e.g, Erlang C).
