CreditMate is a Corporate Lending platform which provides an end to end digital experience to the Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts and other frontline users to process Corporate Loans. I have worked across multiple deliveries to add new features, feature enhancements, BAU enhancements, Regulatory requirements, Reporting upgrades etc. I’ve lead squads across broad technical, finance and business disciplines to deliver banking platforms for frontline usage in the Credit Origination space.Using the expertise in collaboration tools like ADO, JIRA, Confluence, Mural and MS Office, I efficiently maintain product backlogs, orchestrate cut-over strategies, create training/learning assets / implementation run-books and manage product execution to delivery.My mandate includes:• Collaborating with Business partners, Process Governance teams for requirement gathering, elicitations, process mapping, benefit realisation, As-is To-be analysis• Collaborating with Demand Management team for Backlog triage, Refinement forums• Act as an SME to support product management/design activities for enhancing and automating Credit Risk systems and platforms• Engaging with Project Management teams for Change Request tracking/estimations/release planning• Working alongside upstream/downstream systems for Impact Assessments• Change Management activities for a seamless go-live orchestration• Conducting demos and training sessions with Business, Change Requestors, Production Support teams• Executing Product deliveries - Product Backlog Management, Product Feature Prioritizations (MoSCoW techniques), Backlog refinement, Acceptance Criteria Conception, Impact Mapping, User Story Mapping• Risk / Dependency identification, assessment and mitigation
