I\'m a persuasive person when it comes to managing development for my projects within my application. In these many years of managing a low latency and HFT application development team and being a business analyst, I can now stand guard for long days and hours together only to get to the delightful final product in my application. While achieving the goals, I have realized my capability to do the uncomfortable discussions across teams of the hard natured number crunching quant traders or business managers who bring in ambitious projects. In this journey I have built strong relationships among peers and have established a meaningful collaboration among people in my network, without their participation some projects were impossible to deliver. With this solid 15 years of experience, I have developed a knack in negotiations of delivery of requirements and I can only give credit to the enormous effort put in over the years in creating a knowledge base of all the features in my application. Moreover, I have achieved overwhelming success in client focussed deliveries specifically by addressing the elephant in the room. Learning to say \"NO\" has been one the most challenging aspects in my career and have realized at times, this trait can be very daunting if you don\'t realize all the moving parts in an application.
