Hello Everyone - This is Kiran a qualified and experienced CA with 4+ Years of experience in Internal Audit Space worked in NBFC Sector. Unlike many I prefer to choose Internal Audit as my area to start and grow my profession with.Internal Audit is the most underrated but the most vibrant and dynamic space where you have every door to explore. This space will provide freedom to delve as deep as you want without restriction. You can create your own framework to perform an audit or provide solutions to the problems. Internal Audit is the only space where you can understand about the company, about business, about every aspect of an company starting from A to Z - Ex: HR, Finance, Operations, Business, Information Technology, Secretarial, Risk etc, That is the beauty of this Internal Audit and I\'m loving it.Ironically most people think Internal Auditors are problem pointers which is a misconception. We are actually there to help you, provide solutions and help the company resolve issues and do better. I am really proud and happy that whenever a problem comes the organization first approach us (Internal Audit ) and also whenever issue pops on first person to get blame is also us (what are the auditors doing?)- So we are directly responsible to both Internal & External Stakeholders. That\'s where our value lies.During these years I have performed audits on various products - SME, Home Loan, Vehicle Loan, LAP, Micro Finance products covering various areas like disbursement, collections, sourcing, credit, operations etc, in line with Risk Based Internal Audit, Scale Based Regulations, RBI Regulations and various applicable regulations from time to time.Also covered the functional areas like HR, Treasury, Outsourcing Audits, Taxation etc.My Roles & Responsibilities - inter-alia:a. Understanding the Business/Processes of the companyb. Developing Risk Control Matrix to be in line with Risk Based Internal Auditc. Collaborating with Process Owners/ Senior Team to understand root causesd. Guiding the corporate audit team and acting as a bridge between Audit Head and Corporate Audit Teame. Managing Team and auditeesf. Preparation and presentation of audit reports to Audit Head and Senior Management etc,
