ABOUT KIRAN SEAHRA
I am driven by my curiosity of user’s needs and behaviours to design products that are enjoyable, accessible, easy to use and add value to user’s lives. Over 4 years in the UX/UI industry, I\'ve engaged with clients such as Lottovate, SailGP, My First Five Years and Argos, to name just a few. My biggest achievement was collaborating with Big Issue North to research, test, design and launch Street News, a unique news app that amplifies previously unheard and marginalised voices that represent the street paper movement. Further skills involve advanced experience in video editing, contributing to ideation workshops, conducting user research interviews, identifying user needs, affinity mapping, customer experience journeys, digital prototyping and moderated usability testing. Recently, I worked with a major FMCG client, sketching and designing insight posters for the stakeholder workshop and designing an engaging, educational infographic for their digital training platform. I have a distinct passion for Graphic and Product Design which I discovered throughout my high school studies. I have pursued and demonstrated accelerated learning of these interests through an apprenticeship into the design industry where I have hit the ground running.
