    I have 20+ years of experience in Contract management, Pre Tender Risk analysis, Post Award Contract management, JV agreements formulation, Pre award agreements, Preparation of claim, Claim quantifying, Quantity surveying, quantity estimation and costing, Arbitration, Dispute Review Board, Conciliation, Project Management, P&L accounts, Budgeting, planning of construction supervision and execution of highways/bridges / expressways projects using modern construction technology. My spectrum of experience encompasses Preparation of Contractual claims, Contractual correspondence for building up claims, making backup for the contractual claims, interpretation of contract and technical specifications, Preparation of MOU’s, JV agreements, Consultancy agreements, preparation of bill of quantities, method of measurement for bill of quantities and final project cost estimates for checking of the measurements of works and certification for payment, rate analysis for extra items, Preparation of variation orders, analyses of claims of contractor and settlement of disputes arising out of contractual complications etc. I have extensively worked on establishment of unit rates for different items of road construction and Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation and carried out “rate analysis” for different detailed engineering projects. Having been involved as a Supervision Consultant on many road construction projects funded by international agencies like ADB, World Bank and NHAI, DFCC project funded by the World Bank and also has experience of working with private clients like Tata Power, Jindal as well as Govt agencies like APGENCO, DFCC and RSP. I am familiar with FIDIC conditions of contract and also familiar Bill of Quantities for major highway projects for different packages.
