As delivery head for Industrial BU, I lead a portfolio of 15+ accounts from North America region. These assignments include Solution Implementations, Process Consulting, Cloud Migrations, Process Automation and Service Deliver Management. I have Strategized, Managed and delivered business transformation for customers. Led implementations of enterprise applications like SAP S4 HANA, Ariba, IBP, APO, integration and AI/ML based IPs. I own overall financials for each project and my portfolio. Over the years I have achieved considerable improvements in KPIs directly linked to organizational performance - CSAT ratings, Attritions, Customer Profitability, Revenue growth through Account Mining.My evolution from a SAP consultant to Deliver Head has taken me through various roles, including Solution Architect, Project Manager, Transition Manager, Service Delivery Manager, SAP Trainer, Pre-Sales Manager. I have spent a few years in the UK, US and SEA working on assignments at various customer sites.
