I have the privilege of being employed as a Delivery Manager in the Services Division of the coolest company on the planet - Microsoft!1. My experience spans across 18+ years in Enterprise Services and Consulting delivery across diverse markets (North Americas, EMEA, APAC, ANZ & India).14 of these 18 years have been in the People/Delivery Manager capacity 2. My current role involves managing a team (25+) Consultants and Premier Field Engineers tasked with partnering with our customers in driving their cloud adoption and Digital transformation aspirations thereby driving customer success. I am accountable for Customer Experience, Delivery governance, capability building, Offerings readiness and adoption, planning & forecasting, Backlog management and Net Revenue, NWS Pipeline Opportunity generation, Scorecard and OPEX management for my patch of accounts. I have consistently delivered strong Business & People results and customer outcomes YOY validated by green scorecard and strong positive feedback on my work from my stakeholders and MS-POLL. I was in the manager HiPO program and am the Manager Excellence community Lead for APJ. I am also the TZ CPE and Consumption lead for APJ-SI. I have a deep passion for people and leadership development and have led groups across organizations to improve employee satisfaction, drive diversity and inclusion. I grew gender diversity up from 11% to 30% in my team during FY18-FY19
