Analyses trends in compensation & benefits researches & proposes competitive base & incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts & retains top talent. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes & new technologies in HR talent management & EE law. Being the focal point as a corporate communicator of all change management, HR initiatives, operations at organisation level & reporting to GM HR and Director. Align HR strategies as per current trend & practices across Industries & take initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
