   Oversee scopes, schedules budgets and mitigate associated risks for all aspects of engineering including Chemical, Civil/ Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Stress Analysis, and Electrical & Instrumentation for a portfolio of projects at BP-Whiting Refinery including: • 11A Pipe Still Pumpout scope which entailed determining the routing of 800 ft. of 6 in. piping carrying 500-degree material through one of the oldest and most congested processing units, while supporting from an overloaded pipe rack. A late stage major reroute along with Stress analysis results yielded significant challenges. Project was completed within adjusted scheduling and budget constraints to client’s satisfaction. • Remote Operated Shutoff Valves project is visible to BP UK top management. Scope requires installation of remotely-operated, gradually closing chop valves and tank high-level indicators with SIS communication features tied to the refinery-wide control system. Challenges include extensive scope additions and changes while meeting schedule deadlines.
