Manager – Operations [CMS FLM Services for Pan India](Dec’21 – Till Date) Operations management: Handling internal & External FLM Escalations of Pan India of all banks & customer till completion of scheduled activities. Escalations & feedback to customers via emails & phones calls related to FLM call & other activates. Monitoring FLM calls of pan India more than calls on Daily basis. Taking up with each locations for calls are getting attend delayed on regular basis. Supervision & Monitoring of more than three lacs FLM calls logged by different customer per month for PAN India. Supervision & Follow up of calls diverted all over Indian reply of customer mails within stipulated time for any of their queries. Get SLM calls logged if problem is not get resolved by FLM with customers. Providing remote support for first level maintenance from field Engineers & customers Also providing frequently calls data to MSP via report. Coordinating between MSP to custodian for various site issues. Coordinating and escalating issue to Regional & Territory mangers on daily basis for calls getting delayed. Making Roster & Shift arrangement for optimum Utilization of available manpower & monitoring team members performance on daily basis. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing FLM Report for various customers on daily basis. Analysis of calls logged daily for Pan India regarding open & closed calls status. • Analysis for Enhancement of ATM’s problem by preparing frequent call report. Preparing Master database for Shortages and Overages of Customers. Preparing Master database for Daily Escalations as well calls getting delayed. Getting ATM ID Updating & Editing in software with required details of ATM Takeovers.
