Within NVEG mNAND, responsible for deliverables from product management/development and ASIC/Design Integration teams.As Product Development Team Leader, lead product teams and stakeholders to drive new products development from requirements, competitive analysis, planning, design process to product qualification. Define scope, goals and deliverables that aligns with business goals in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders. As ASIC/Design Integration leader, responsible for development of Firmware that is used to evaluate platform/ASIC at the design stage – gating design release to fab. This is shift left activity to ensure the firmware is developed way before the actual silicon arrives and the end-to-end functionality is sanitized so that the silicon does not have any surprises. Post silicon arrival, team handles issues related to ASIC, responsible for triage, debug, and root-cause.
