   As a System Validation Engineer at Intel, I was responsible for validating three generations of Intel Optane Persistent Memory (PMEM)—a breakthrough technology that bridges the gap between traditional DRAM and storage. My work focused on ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of Optane PMEM across diverse platforms and operating systems.Optane PMEM Firmware, OS, and Management Software Validation- Validated UEFI-based firmware features for Optane PMEM, ensuring compliance with platform and memory standards- Conducted OS-level validation on both Linux and Windows, verifying driver behavior, memory modes (App Direct, Memory Mode), and system stability under various workloads- Tested and validated management software tools such as ipmctl, ndctl, and Windows PowerShell modules for configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics of PMEM devices.Platform-Level Integration & End-to-End Testing- Performed platform-level validation by integrating firmware, OS, and management software across multiple Intel server platforms- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to debug complex issues spanning firmware, OS, and hardware layers using tools like JTAG, logic analyzers, and internal debug utilities.
