Currently working with Marsh as a Deputy Manager in Placement and Policy Management, Here i am managing UK Corporate Team. Currently in my Managerial role i am looking at UK Corporate Client Coordinator Team Placement side of business.Earlier i was Technical Manager (Lead Specialist) and managed UK Risk Management and Europe Policy Intake Process.I have been involved in the transition of Europe Policy Servicing and also i have assisted our Pune COE with the transition of UK Risk Management and UK Commercial Business, where I contributed to streamlining processes and ensuring a smooth handover and focusing on optimizing workflow, arranging training team members, and implementing best practices to facilitate a successful integration.Also i had worked with Technical Services and Invoicing Team in Energy OpCo - Operations (Also worked with Financial Lines Group and Marine Department) I am LM1 Certified (London Markets Insurance Essentials)Handling Team by resolving all Technical queries and preparing quality report for them and presenting it to the Management.Provide training to the new joiners and conducting refresher training for the existing team members. Do quality check for the team, ensuring right first time information is shared to them while solving queries.Managing TAT with the urgents request from the stakeholders.Involved in Process Migration from Onshore to Mumbai COE.Taking daily con call with the onshore stakeholders in order to meet the business requirement.Taking daily huddle of the team and giving latest updates of the process.Creating RCA of errors and providing it to the management and ensuring control measures are taken care.Managing payables of underwriters by contacting Fiduciary teams i.e. Accounts team.Managing Claims request, NOC and Warranties of underwriters by contacting Xchanging Team.
