ABOUT KIRAN LALSANGI

Learning & Organizational Development consultant and group process facilitator.I am Professional Member (accredited T-Group Trainer)- ISABS. Facilitated and participated in a large number of sensitivity (T-group) workshops with a diverse group of participants. This includes explorative human process laboratories on leadership, group dynamics, conflict resolution, trust & openness, gender sensitization, communication and team building for senior and middle management professionals as a Consultant, Facilitator and TrainerI am passionate about Diversity & Inclusion. I create and facilitate shared Learning Spaces for individual and group explorations. My signature is to leverage creative medium and techniques with a blend of Process Work. Written extensively on different topics has written 20 articles in Loksatta and Sakal newspaper. Wrote articles for books and magazines. Paper on diversity got published in Working Paper Series (WPS) by Group Relations India (GRI).Got invited on TV channel for an interview on Behavioural topics.In the pursuit of the above I have learnt through literature, through training programs, through work and through life experiences. I have learnt in the areas of Group Development, Group Dynamics, T Groups, Organisation Development, Unconscious Process work, Depth Psychology etc.Specialities: T Group methodology, process work, Group dynamics, organisational dynamics, systems thinking and holistic thinking for groups and organisations and diversity- Certified Facilitator in Applied Theater, Certified Facilitator in Theater of the oppressed.
