1)Handling Enquiry of PAN India projects across various segments like Industrial sectors, Infrastructure, Commercials, Ware house & Data Centre projects etc.2)Study/Review of Tender documents, Scope of work, Drawings, BOQ, Technical specifications and Contract documents etc. For preparing brief details & proper estimating. 3)Preparing Pre - Bid queries for ambiguities in tender drawings, Specifications, BOQ and GCC/SCC documents.4)As per tender documents prepare value engineering points, design calculation review and verification.5)Technical Evaluation of Suppliers/ Sub – Vendors quotations as per tender requirements and price negotiation with suppliers.6)Responsible for Technical Compliance from Suppliers for Class A and Class B items from the BOQ as per the tender documents.7)Preparing comparative sheet for each capital items and based on that call is taken on cost with the help of SCM team.8)Preparation of PEC Cost(Direct and indirect cost) and profit margin strategy with discussion with senior management, execution and commercial team.9)Attend Pre-Bid and Post-Bid Techno Commercial meeting for the projects as per Clients and Consultants requirements.10)Provide Preliminary Budget Based on DBR, Drawing, Quantity take off and BOQ Preparation from Design Drawings in coordination with Pre Sales design team for design based tender.11)Coordinate with SCM, Design and Execution team for Cost Optimization for L1 Based Tenders.12)Having detailed knowledge of cable sizing, Panel calculations, Lumens Calculations, Cable Tray Calculations, Transformer Selection and DG Selection.13)Vendor development and Team Management.14)Prepare the Rate Analysis for the Non Tender / Extra items as per the Clause mentioned in tender documents. 15)Certain Key Projects Quoted and Awarded are: Multi-Mode Transport Hub at Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore. Segment: Infra Works, Data Centre Projects and Many More
