As a specialist in the field of asset integrity (static), I am a lifelong learner who is passionate, fact-driven, and business-oriented. I have several years of experience working in four different refineries and a highly integrated chemical plant, with diverse expertise in materials, corrosion, welding, and non-destructive evaluation (NDE). I enjoy tackling challenges and leading teams to achieve both near-term and strategic business objectives in asset management. I have successfully provided numerous solutions and executed various technical projects in the refining and chemicals field.I am skilled in adapting and implementing new technologies in data acquisition, processing, and analysis to drive efficiencies and improve asset reliability while reducing operating costs and increasing productivity. I promote data literacy and encourage the use of smarter tools to make more informed decisions. I am an excellent communicator, hold myself to the highest standards, and promote inclusion and collaboration among multicultural, multiracial, and multidisciplinary teams.
